I have been here over 4 times and have have had a mixed bag of issues. I understand early on there’s some teething problems but after being open for over a year or so, you think it would be alleviated. First time they had no oat milk, second time they had no pearls weird for bubble tea store. Tonight as I was waiting to be served, the staff member asked to use the kiosk as they were dealing with a difficult customer at the counter the staff actually did an amazing job on their front. I placed my order and a few others behind me did so as well. While being first to order, I was the last to receive my two drinks. Cocoa lover & fresh milk tea. Cocoa lover was great. But my milk tea was all messed up - firstly, I asked for oat milk and but got given dairy. Secondly, it tasted like there was no tea added whatsoever. Finally, there were some weird jellies added which I didn’t ask for. Staff have always been kind. However this drink was not at all what I asked for. It’s disappointing because Surrey ShareTea always hits the mark every time. Come on west van, you’ve got some work to do!

I frequent other locations of this chain very often, and have always had a great experience and great customer service. This was my first visit to this location and it was a very poor experience. After requesting a modification to a drink, I was told it was not possible, which is completely fine. I mentioned that it was normally an option at other Sharetea's. The employee proceeded to tell me "I don't care what other locations do" in a very condescending tone. I will never visit this location again. Spend your money elsewhere.

decided to come here for a nice treat after dinner with a friend, we ordered our drinks then we decided to order some cakes and after paying we asked for a bag, she said cash only annoyed. I gave the change and she gave the remaining change back and told us to move while motioning her hands for us to move to the side to help another customer, had to ask again for the bag we paid for once she went back onto her phone. Felt unwelcomed so I will not be returning.

Had a classic milk tea with pearl. It was just meh. The pearls were a bit on the hard side and the taste of the tea is very weak. Parking: Located at the outdoor part of a mall. Mall parking lot available although maybe not right in front of the shop.

Although the teas are good, the wait time every time we go there as a walk in is ridiculous as the workers are so focussed on online orders. The fastest time we’ve got our tea is 20 minutes!!! This is unfortunate as we like the brand, having frequented the Kits and Downtown stores. Today we waited 45 minutes!! Update: a few days ago, I called in an order and 30 minutes later it wasn't even ready. It's also confusing where to pick up.The order kiosk looks like a good idea, but the wait area, order area, is not organized.

The place is absolutely overwhelmed by online orders ubereats/skipthedishes. There were only two employees working so hard to complete what looked like 50+ orders. I hope management addresses this because that job looked so stressful. I ended up purchasing ready to go desserts which were all delicious, I was surprised the macaroons were so good.

Most careless employee. I had ordered a bubble tea on Doordash . I came to pick it up 30 minutes later. I walked in and asked about it, she told me it was not ready yet. I left for another 15 minutes and came back. I asked again, she looked confused and then checked the Doordash Ipad and said "Oh the ipad was not on." and I told her I was super frustrated because one bubble has taken 45 minutes of my time. She did not apologize or anything. Just kept looking at the ipad. It was a super frustrating experience.

Workers are very nice and very hardworking. The bubble tea is amazing. I went last Sunday afternoon. Even though the line was very long, the workers were very efficient. Definitely worth a try!

My fifth time here and they didn’t disappoint me once, tried their Thai milk tea today and it’s on point. I also enjoyed sitting inside the store to enjoy the drinks because the environment is comfy, the staff are very friendly too. Can’t wait for my sixth visit.

Excellent customer service, especially from the girl named Selina. The Thai milk tea here is absolutely fantastic, 10/10 would come back again, it would even better if they have food. However, they should have more workers here in Fridays and weekends, the wait time is long compared to stores like chatime.
