I love coming home and taking a sip of my coffee just to have to go to my cupboard for sugar.. not the first time ... How do you screw up 4 coffees in a row considering my whole party needs sugar.. the odd coffee is good though. Downtown is opposite however.. f u for making walk a while longer for a decent coffee. There is more but I come for coffee usually.
Tim Hortons has declined over the past few years. The food is tasteless made by employees that could not care less . Service is abysmal. Bought 1/2 dozen donuts tonight. Seriously have bought better at the grocery store. Corporate office thinks by adding sandwiches,soup, wraps etc it would add to it's appeal. WRONG. Donuts are nothing like they used to be and the variety is 1/2 of what the original concept was. Well done greedy corporation. I will not buy anything else from Tim Hortons again. I am sick of being disappointed and sick of wasting my money on some group of corporate ninnies who think they know what quality is.
Whoever put the Tim Hortons sign at the end of the drive thru here should get a raise. Just brilliant. Well done.Food: 3/5
Fairly fast service and usually get orders correct. Updated:March 27,2021 Went for tea and I couldn't believe all the dust on the non customer tables.. it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Very disappointing that they can't bother to keep up appearances inside their store. This is just lazy ! You would be cleaning them if customers were able to sit there!
I asked for a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. I asked nicely to have to cream cheese spread on both sides. This is in the drive thru. I get up to the window and ask the cashier if she just charged me for double cream cheese. The girl that took my order punched in double herb and garlic cream cheese because it only goes on the one side. The bagel was already made when I got to the window and was made with " double cream cheese" because apparently it's a huge issue and time problem to take a knife and spread the allotted cream cheese on both sides of a bagel. I told the girl at the cash that I didn't ask for double cream cheese and I wasn't paying for it. The other girl that took my order just looked at me and said " well the cream cheese only goes on one side" I said " is it really that big of a deal to spread cream cheese on both"?? She just gave me a dirty look and ran away to look busy. I would have given a 0 rating but the girl that handed me my stuff was super nice.
Clean store. Usual Tim Hortons. Staff is nice for the most part, but not very good at keeping orders correct. If you're not watching the screen when you order in the drive thru or in store, odds are your order won't be correct. Some aren't very friendly when the error is pointed out. Quite a few times over the years I've gotten home and stuff in the bags weren't the way I ordered it. Kind of a pain. The managers are nice and will rectify things. Sure I should check everything before I leave. But the service can be a tad slow, and I hope each time that the order is correct because I'm more than ready to leave by the time my order gets to me. I will go back though. Out of the 2 locations in this area, this is the better one.

The best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The customer service is impeccable. Heather and Sam are the ones I usually interact with in drive through but the entire team is amazing. Orders are always on point, I would rather drive out of my way just to get my food where I feel valued the most and the quality of the food is the best.
they can’t seem to understand how to properly make your order, multiple times i’ve asked for double toasted on bagels, or biscuits and 9 times out of 10 they come back lightly toasted, learn to do your job, not too hard to read an order.
