Foods decent and come here all the time. However, students are forced to stand outside the store which is extremely discriminative. As someone who is only a couple years older, I was able to walk straight in. Approaching those who control those who come in, I was met with silence and allowed straight in although the students had been waiting for longer than me. This is extremely unfair and should change.
Amazing food, amazing service, shout out to Pam and Claudia. The best staff who managed to find the AirPods I lost in the store. Thank u so much both of you.
It was ok. The McDonald's in the Shopping Centre need to fix most of the electronic posts as they were not working, but still better to order there than Market Square as there is more space.
Absolutely fuming! I ordered a meal of just a drink , fries and burger I waited around 45 minutes for my order and the workers were very rude especially this one man that kept yelling at me and treating me like I was stupid! Absolutely ridiculous Kid-friendliness: The staff were very impolite.
Food was good, however this lady with purple hair kept calling me darling and then later on the whole store could hear her shouting abuse at her staff while playing on her phone. I dont know how anyone could work with her.
Waited for ages for breakfast. When I eventually got it my food was very greasy looking and my tea was pretty much cold. The staff just stood around chatting with eachother. Other customers growing more and more frustrated along with myself. Not great service and poor quality of food.
Awful experience at this McDonald's. A half hour wait for food that was only lukewarm when we finally got it. Milkshake machine was out of order of course. Won't be returning.Food: 2/5
The cashier accepted the money but order disappeared from the screen ! Asked staff No joy Called for the manager Luckily the manager sorted it If we would have waited then we would have never got the food ! They need to have better service
Very quick interms of ordering the food and getting the order, plenty of spaces available to sit and eat, location is good as it inside the glades so it's easy to then look around the shops after. Queues can be long and in general are very quick . Staff always friendly and approachable . Tried the new chicken burger on the menu it's was tasty and fries fresh and hot.
Extremely clean and very fast, friendly service. Food was hot which can be rare in a McDonalds!Food: 5/5
