They are not open 24hours they have a sign posted the drive through and dining room are open until 10pm. I showed up at 7pm the doors were locked and no one to be found except 1 person who would occasionally pop his head out from the back
This is what they serve to you.. I visited This place to get my food. I ordered a four cheese bagel double toasted and i don’t know how many times they toasted it. They seriously need to work on the quality they are serving people. And a green thing on the bagel? Is it fungus or what? Its been happening 3-4 times and the manager is never in the store.
Shout out to the drive - thru staff tonight as our smoothy was missed not only by the staff but us as well. When we noticed, we called & they asked us to come back. We got there and was told it was missed on the order all together so we went to pay and they would not take payment as they took owness upon themselves. Good job Tim Horton's night staff
Waiting in line for 15 mins at 1030 at night for an coffee almost making me late for my night shift. Is this a fast food restaurant?
Got a mocha latte and there's no espresso at all. It's literally milk and syrup. This isn't the first time they have messed up orders, particularly in the evening. Very annoying, especially when they mess up and it isn't busy at all.
Ordered food in the driveway. Was told it would brought out shortly. After waiting 15 minutes no one had even left the building to look for me. Have also had multiple issues with receiving wrong items from this drive through. Recommend dine-in only.
Jacob the front counter guy does a fantastic job. And is very patient. But the ladies in the back are slow and rude.
I feel the service is slow and orders are poorly put together! The sandwiches has way to much sauce and sloppily put together. Some staff are rude and have no time to even let you use your card, she rings is through so fast. Don’t let anyone know about special’s before ordering. Just disappointed in this store. Then today I get coffee and it taste like it’s been watered down. Prices go up quality goes down!
It's fine. Orders are accurate, staff are friendly. Two stars because they're like McDonalds. Instead of an ice cream machine being broken though, it's their espresso machine
Tim Horton's is iconic. Great food, made very quickly, high quality and on the cheaper side.
