Got a bucket of chicken and immediately had food poisoning. Never, ever, going back. The place is also unsanitary and they could do a lot better. The girl at the front taking my order was very nice though.
I think they lost the KFC recipe! Terrible over cooked .. and greasy . we didn't even try eating the drumstick..it was so overcooked! No flavor to the fries and gravy..first and last time we stop there!! Wasted our money and threw most of it away!!!
I was really impressed with the freshness of the food. It was hot and not warm. I appreciated the window lady who was courteous, helpful and thanked us for visiting KFC.

The best KFC i have had in a long time. Fresh, crispy, juicy chicken that actually wasn’t that greasy. Fast & Friendly service. Recommend if you like KFC.
Food here was good. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and engaging. Only complaint would be the gravy was not up to par with what I have come to expect from KFC but many factors could have made it a one off instance and I don't hold it against them. 5-stars.
Ordered a Zinger wrap and the chicken tasted dry and old so I asked for a new one. My new wrap's soft tortilla wrap was NOT soft at all. It crumbled and was very messy. But by then I was already home. TERRIBLE COOKS. Didn't think a meal could ruin the rest of my night :
In the face of new competitors such as Popeyes and Mary Browns, this chain is really starting to lose its luster. We are basically at a place where you buy KFC only in towns where there no alternatives. They've even made the pieces smaller cutting the same chicken into more pieces and proclaim this on their website as some sort of benifit to the consumer. Wish they would get their act together.
