Slow as molasses on a cold winter day and we’re still in summer here. I can’t believe how slow the service was in the drive through. The car infront of us ordered before us and pulled up after us. And was friends with the person in the drive through so sat and had a conversation for a few mins before driving away after receiving all their food.
Watched 4 cars go around me in the drive thru line up because they wouldn't take the person infront me mes order. Kinda frustrating. Mentioned it and was told it's just how the system works... just seems silly they don't alternate which menu they take le orders fromFood: 5/5
Worst coffee shop in town. Nothing is fresh at all. Bakery goods are all expired and useless . If you order hot coffee you”ll get cold temp one . Good luck to those who still wants to go and give it a try.

Staff seem to be nice, drive thru line seemed longer so I went in store, ended up taking longer even though 2 people were in front of me. Noise in the lobby is so loud, have to yell when ordering, plexiglass and masks I’m sure only add to the problem. Ordered a bagel and an iced coffee, asked for extra sugar, and got no sugar and bagel was smothered in butter.
Absolutely horrible service! Rude, slow and consistent mistakes. Waiting 35mins total for two coffees. They made one that took 5 mins no big deal at first. But then proceeds to make order after mine. 10 mins go by and I politely asked for the other and got told “you can wait your turn….” Strange since 4 other customers has ordered and got theirs before my second drink. Ok fine. But after 10 mins from that point I get my second drink that ends up being wrong…. Then they make more orders after mine and take 15mins to correct my order after trying to tell me “just deal with it”. Honestly this what happens when you have an owner that doesn’t care yes I can say that because I know him sorry not sorry Calvin
If I could leave 0 stars I would when you order a normal hot chocolate they just put powder in put the lid on and give it to you and When you order a bagel it’s not fresh at ALL it taste a year old and it takes forever for them to give you food customer service is sssooo bad don’t come here
We waited 35 minutes in the drive thru just for them to say they can't make ice caps! So I went to the window and told them they should have a sign before you enter the drive thru so they're not wasting our time, they responded very rudely and yelled "BYE" never going there ever again!
Please staff this place more In the morning. Managed to get my breakfast but didn't get my coffees and left before I was late for workFood: 3/5
Absolutely horrible establishment, rude workers during the over night. Extremely slow wait times everytime i have used this location. I started driving the extra 2 minutes to the junction
