Slow as molasses on a cold winter day and we’re still in summer here.  I can’t believe how slow the service was in the drive through. The car infront of us ordered before us and pulled up after us. And was friends with the person in the drive through so sat and had a conversation for a few mins before driving away after receiving all their food.

Absolutely horrible service! Rude, slow and consistent mistakes.  Waiting 35mins total for two coffees. They made one that took 5 mins no big deal at first. But then  proceeds  to make order after mine. 10 mins go by and I politely asked for the other and got told “you can wait your turn….” Strange since 4 other customers has ordered and got theirs before my second drink. Ok fine. But after 10 mins from that point I get my second drink that ends up being wrong…. Then they make more orders after mine and take 15mins to correct my order after trying to tell me “just deal with it”. Honestly this what happens when you have an owner that doesn’t care yes I can say that because I know him sorry not sorry Calvin

This restaurant is absolutely filthy. I had only used the totally dysfunctional drivethru up until yesterday when I decided to go inside… I will never eat or drink anything that comes from this location. There was garbage everywhere, customer garbages over flowing, spilled coffee on the dirty floors, service counters were dirty with visible debris crumbs, icing, coffee and witnessed employees touching their faces while touching beverage machines.

We waited 35 minutes in the drive thru just for them to say they can't make ice caps! So I went to the window and told them they should have a sign before you enter the drive thru so they're not wasting our time, they responded very rudely and yelled "BYE" never going there ever again!

Staff seem to be nice, drive thru line seemed longer so I went in store, ended up taking longer even though 2 people were in front of me.  Noise in the lobby is so loud, have to yell when ordering, plexiglass and masks I’m sure only add to the problem.  Ordered a bagel and an iced coffee, asked for extra sugar, and got no sugar and bagel was smothered in butter.

Usually always get my order right. Super nice service in the morning drive thru. Love going to this place. The line ups suck sometimes. But I can live with it. Just for the service alone.

Worst tim hortons EVER. waited over 15 min for 2 med coffees, 5 ppl running the drive thru, no customer service, had to ask to be acknowledged by 1 guy who was building app orders, only to still WAIT! Now there's a dozed ppl in line.. see ya bye. Won't be back!!

Well, it used to be a good morning stop...among all other fast food/coffee issues..... inhave never seen someone pick their nose while making eye contact, and hand me my coffee and food with the same unwashed hand....

Absolutely horrible establishment, rude workers during the over night. Extremely slow wait times everytime i have used this location. I started driving the extra 2 minutes to the junction

I’ve had good experiences at other Tim Horton’s but no so much at this one.
