The only reason I would recommend this Tim Hortons is to see the incredible amount of flies. They were everywhere in the kitchen area but their favourite spot was the sweets display. When planning a family outing, you could tell your children "let's go to the Insectarium" but what you really mean is the Tim Hortons in Saint-Esprit.
I went twice in the past month. Both times they made mistakes and took forever for my order even when I ordered with the mobile app. Last time I went, they informed me they were closing at noon for lack of employees. Turns out the employees they currently have are not well trained at all. I paid for a sandwich, a sweet cold vanilla drink, a muffin and 10 Timbits. Then they informed me they can't make that sandwich I had already paid for so they made me something else I agreed to. Then I had to ask for my other items drink, muffin and Timbits they give me the muffin then I have to ask for the Timbits. They give me the Timbits and I keep waiting for my drink. Eventually another customer comes and they get their drink but I don't get mine so I ask about my vanilla drink. They come back after a while and gave me an iced cappuccino which had spilled on the cup and they sisint didn't give me a napkin to clean it or a straw for that matter . I arrived there around 11:55 am. I left at 12:10. I had ten minutes left to eat and go back to work. I am not going there again.
Worst tim hortons ever... good luck getting your coffee of you don't have a car
Service is friendly and ordering was okay. Small selection of baked goods 4 types of timbits, few muffins, etc?. Located within a gas station / dépanneur but few high and low tables to eat at. No wifi.
No indoor service.understafted.bad drive thru communication.the food was good.
Tim Horton 3 January 2020 at 6 20 am to 6 35am waiting for service i was the first in line at 6.20 am and at 6.35 only two workers were ther and one told me there's another 5 mins wait so i left this por service its not the first time They just close it .i will go somewhere else

Good service speed, proper covid procedures and overall cleanliness inside. Outside garbages where overfilled and spilling over. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Verry poor and slow service at the drivethrough. Ridiculous and it's not like the cars in front of me ordered something big or complicated...
