The service has improved drastically glad to see that the people are on the ball

Horrible, unorganized, waiting 30 minutes for a soup and sandwich, awful, staff response I'm in training and missing ingredients to complete orders . Wow.

The food is ok however the working staff, especially the older lady working there on June 25th 6pm closing time, what a gem, if that's what you call what you find in the toilet after going #2.nExtremely rude, making us english visitors wait by passing another french customer. Very racist behaviour replies correcting my English. Even when I try speaking French. Then she went on to apologize to the next customer behind us, as if my presence was a hindrance! Nice business and employees you have there!! Horrible will never ever go to any Tim Hortons in that area, Rawdon QC.nWhat a joke!

The workers literally forgot me at the drive through window. After paying for my order they closed the window. I had to bang on the window. The lady even asked me if I paid. Ridiculous lol

Even though they were super busy with drive thru, the entire staff was exceptionally pleasant and the young guy who made my half coffee/half hot chocolate had the greatest attitude ever. I wish all employees were like him!! I wish I came into this area of Quebec often and would stop to get a coffee here daily if I did. Kudos to you!!!
