We did not like the organization of the work of the staff. All workers approximately 6 people were busy serving orders for cars, postponing customer service inside. Too long waiting time. Everything else is fine, thanks.
Highly unpleasant experience in this location. Never had that kind of cheap in Ontario. Two medium cups of frozen lemonade came with a different flavour, different amounts and the attitude. Thanks 'fake eyelashes ' another reason for choosing McDonald's in Quebec :
Tim Hortons are just a mess in general. The drive thru staff is always surly.. the coffee is insipid. The donuts are still awesome but the timbits are always in low supply I have stopped going .
a gazillion kudos to the staff; not only was the service great but also swift and honest. I forgot my shoulder satchel with all my ID's and credit cards in it. I was back in Montreal home when I realized I had left it hanging on the back of a chair. PANIC! I called them and the girl on the phone was so sweet and reassuring that all would be there upon my arrival. I tried to give a small reward, but they would have nothing of it. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
This Tim hortons needs to step their game up. I order the same thing every morning over the past 5 years and for the past month there’s been at least 13 mistakes on a trio workers Bacon wrap with a xl 3 creams. None were refunded. Awful service. I hope it shuts down
Just passed there and the supervisor was very rude. I was very polite and ask for a medium coffee 2 creams and a small icecap and a glass of ice. She said she wouldnt give me a glass of ice and that was the law... she then gave me the end of the pot grainy coffee and didnt put 2 creams it was terrible. The ice cap was so dark it was disgusting. Never going here again. And also there is no law for ice.
In Google Maps it's say working 24 h on Thursday Friday and Saturday and it's updated 2 weeks ago by the owner, but is not true all, someone was there but all was closed
Went there asked for pumpkin spice, at first they didnt know what it was theb they said ok and handed me 2 small Lattes with milk and charged me 8$ for them. What a scam never go to this branch
Very slow service. Their were as many customer as employees. Also two out of the six donuts were hard and the frosting was cracked. As if it sat there a really long time. They replaced without any hassle.
