This is a Good/Bad review. Good - I want to thank the people working at This Tim's or any Tim's for working so very hard to get people their morning coffee! : I really do appreciate it!! : And every True Canadian should!! Bad - The Owners NEED to wake up!! And not be so GREEDY!! PAY YOUR WORKER'S WHAT THEY ARE WORTH!!!!!! SHARE THE WEALTH YOU CHEAP BAST$*DS!!!!
Never recieved a wrong order, but usually wait approximately 10 minutes in the drive thru. I'm sure that's normal for the day time. It is super frustrating when I show up at 9:40pm and everything is closed, when Google says they are open until 10pm. I get things happen but this is a common theme in Cobourg and the unreliability of business' Google pages is frustrating. If you aren't open until 10pm, it's very easy to update your Google page.
I usually pass by this Tim's on my way to work and grab a french vanilla. lately they have been making it very differently and its not good. also the bagels have been stale in the mornings.
Food was good, once you were able to place an order. Going in to order was our mistake, drive thru was better. Don't use the washrooms, were not clean Food: 4/5
I'm not to sure what's going on anymore! Or why I even bother at this point. My most recent trip to Timmies for an Americano and a belt I found myself without coffee, as the machine was down. And then, followed up with no egg on my belt. I later confronted a manager to express my displeasure. As compensation I was given an extra piece of bacon on the sandwich I just ordered. I'm such a glutton for punishment..... Why don't I just start going to Wendy's: the coffees great and so are their breakfast. Well.... It's settled then. Busy location. The coffee is too sweet, food too spicy, and the staff seem unhappy to be there. By comparison, the Tim Hortons by Canadian Tire have very happy and pleasant staff who clearly enjoy working there.Food: 3/5
The reason service only got a 3 was the guy taking our order was not attentive and had to ask someone how to make it plus he typed the order in my wife ordered the vanilla coconut latte and got a vanilla coconut cappuccino since it was first time trying either she never complainedFood: 4/5
I hope the owner see's this, Over the weekend i had a awful experience with a troubled customer harassing us, however the tims staff was very pleasant kind and offered to help. What really impressed me was their attitude and sencerity. I really appreciate how kind you all were to us.
Tim hortons around here has turned into a massive joke. Walkin is NEVER open past 3pm. Coffees are NEVER filled approprately. Food is never done correctly. Seems like false advertising to me. Anyone feel like getting in on a class action lawsuit?
Worst timhortons in all of ontario. If you don't mind waiting 25+ minutes for a coffee then you're all right. This is hands down the absolute slowest tim hortons ive ever been to.
