I love this Starbucks location! The drinks are always spot on and the staff are super friendly! Everything is clean and well stocked. It was a busy location and things were still moving. I’m on of those guys that enjoys asking questions of how their days going and anything positive. I’m in the a few times a week and enjoy switching up the beverages from time to time.
Location is quaint and clean. The drive-through is always usually pretty quick. However the reason for my post is due to the knowledge of the staff. I had asked a rather obscure menu question and the supervisor Jess were able to provide me with answers to all my questions and provide additional information on the product for me.
The baristas here are incredible - fast, warm, courteous, efficient… I could go on! Even when they’re backed up they keep you updated and work as quickly as they can. So happy Cobourg finally has a Starbucks!
I’m not usually a big fan of starbucks but it’s a roadtrip staple. We stopped at this location for the first time and absolutely loved it. The drinks were made so well - didn’t taste like burnt espresso!! Kudos to the team there on Oct 7 in the evening. Great customer service as well!

2nd time getting a watery beverage. When Starbucks coffee is so expensive regardless of what you get guests expect consistency. One time it was watery cold brew, now watery drip coffee.Food: 2/5
I asked to have my breakfast wrap be toasted for half the amount of time it’s usually on for as I’m on the road and in a rush. Staff member looks at me like I just asked her to do a complicated math equation. Very rude service.
Friendly & Clean branch! Had to edit the hours because it notes as closed on Google maps when it's in fact open.

Knowing that Starbucks is newly open and possibly understaffed I was more than thrilled with the experience. I got my two drinks with a little bit of a wait but was reassured by the man at the drive through why there was a wait and what not. I don’t think a lot of customers have been understanding towards the new location, and new staff which is probably difficult for the management. I truly believe as this new location continues every day the majority of customers will be as thrilled as I am with the experiences, it all will take a little bit of time and understanding.
