Tim Hortons

Usually very slow service. I went in the other day to grab a flat bread pizza and a hot chocolate. I had heard a younger employee having a conversation with one of the other workers there and there was some swearing involved. They were talking about seeing something on a Reddit page. Usually I don't really care about this type of stuff but from my experience it is more professional to keep personal conversations to yourself and away from customers. I get it if there's no customers around but there was people seated in the dining room and a line of people inside. On another occasion I had ordered a White Candy cane Hot Chocolate and I got handed a normal white hot chocolate with no candy cane flavouring nor any whipped cream.

Consistently slow service, despite having ample staff. Anything more than a coffee or donut can take 15-20 minutes, while you wait with the dozen other peoples whose food is just as slow.

Asked for a different sauce at drive thru, then reconfirmed the change in sauce at the window... Received my sandwich with the original sauce on it. Fail through and through

The girl taking my order her name was Sara, she was friendly was fast and my order made quickly.
