Amazing food as always! Had Camryn as my server and she always goes above and beyond to make sure the dining expirence is perfect, can't wait to come back!

This is one of my favorite places to go for pasta. Tried something new for once and it was amazing. Great food, great service, and great value. Camryn is a treasure of a server... hang onto her!

Our server, Savannah, was terrific!. Very attentive, pleasant, with a great smile, and provided all around excellent service!nnI only rated the atmosphere as 4 because as we sat down with our menus we noticed that the table was sticky. Savannah quickly cleaned that up. As well, your decor is looking ding, worn and tired……it needs a refresh. Overall, a great dinner out.

The best thing about coming into Boston Pizza is when Camryn is working the bar. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and taken care of. She’s taken the time to learn my name and my regular orders over the years. She knows to greet patrons when they arrive. I’ve always thought she would make a fantastic bar manager. In my opinion she is the most efficient and well mannered person you have on staff. She’s one of the main reasons I continue to come back.

Update 4/7/2024nWe used to frequent this establishment frequently. However, since my first review, the willingness to go back has faded from being one of our favourites, to no longer willing to reward their establishment with the 2 to 3 times per week we were visiting them.nnThey went from serving good food to serving rotten green peppers in their nacho’s, ice cold spaghetti and proceeded to have attitude because it was sent back, to serving only a portion of the table at a time leaving others at the table watch them eat while they wait for their food, to the last time and the one that put the nail in the coffin so to speak, the waiter who placed singing a birthday song to a table not in his section over giving us silverware and small plates to share our appetizer and when we asked for them, he bluntly left and ran and cried to the manager and never returned. Once again only a portion of our food was brought while others had to sit and watch them eat by the manager on duty. Never once were we asked how our food was, if we wanted another drink, and left to sit and wait for our bill to get the hell out of there for over 20 minutes until we asked the hostess to bring it, for which we rewarded the staff with a zero tip.nnIt would do them well to remember, the public pays their wages and tips are not a must, they are given in an appreciation of good service. Something this establishment forgot how to do!nn____________________________________________________________nnMy family and I come here often to eat. The food is typically very good, and if something isn’t right, they are very quick to rectify the problem.nnThe wait staff for the most part is very attentive, but it can get slow and they do sometimes forget or are very slow to bring second rounds of drinks.nnThe atmosphere offers both family dining, and bar to suit what each person may want. I always sit in the family section and my one big complaint is that often times the building is too cold. Often the temp app on my phone registers the room temp between 67 and 70 degrees. However, now that fall is in the air, I’m sure they will turn the heat on or at least turn their fans off.nnOverall, I love the food at Boston Pizza, and would recommend this establishment to anyone. I just might also recommend you bring a sweater :
