Boston Pizza

My first time visiting Canada as a whole, and my dad and step mother brought myself and my partner here after we had spent most of the day travelling. This was on 04/30/26. Well we were bowled over by the amazing attentiveness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner and I shared a pizza between us and it was very delicious. I had a mocktail called Unicorn lemonade. It was simply delicious. This was a great place to introduce us to coming to Canada. Thanks so much for a great experience.

We have a favourite pizza spot in town that we usually order from for birthdays, typically via takeout. We call ahead and pick it up within about 30 minutes. The Meateor Pizza has just the right amount of spice. I appreciate the new cash machine, which now allows us to skip the tip option—something that wasn't possible before. Thank you for making that change, as not everyone can afford to tip generously these days. One birthday person is pleased to enjoy their favourite pizza on their special day. Thanks, Boston Pizza!

This location needs work on a few fronts. Severing staff are not attentive there were maybe 7 other customers in the entire restaurant. Not offered water, not checked up on for the chance to ask for water, waited 15 min to order after being given menus. General tone and attitude was okay but just felt like we were a bother being there. Not sure about their dress code but other locations just feels different and more put together. Minor stuff but quite noticeable.nnThe food.. fish tacos, worst we’ve ever had at a Boston pizza. Fries were clearly made in a big batch and came out a bit soft and under temperature. We thought the fish looked like the frozen No Name fish sticks that were cooked this morning and sat in a bowl until we ate them at 9PM on a Friday night. Just quite a few simple things that accumulated into this bad review. All easily fixable I get that. But then you’re handed a bill for $80 and didn’t even get an opportunity to talk to a waitress about any issues or get water… here we are.

Very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. We were repeatedly refused dine-in service while other customers were allowed to sit and eat. The behavior from the staff felt unfair and discriminatory. A restaurant should be a welcoming place where everyone can come to eat and enjoy their time, not a place where people feel singled out or treated differently. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

This place is the best Boston Pizza I've ever been to! Our server, Camryn, was very polite and was very good with service! She practically knew when we were done with our food and needed a box, and she asked if we wanted more drinks, plus she was very attentive to dietary restrictions/allergies.
