When I say this is the best Tim Hortons in Troy, I mean it. This location had really nice fresh treats, the place was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Amelia, Devin, and Jeremy who were the amazing staff from above. I will definitely go to this location again!
I came here around 9 am for muffins and a mocha. They welcomed me to the store and took my order right away. Muffins were handed to me the minute I paid and the mocha got done a minute later. Seating was clean from food crumbs and the floor was spotless. I got fresh explosion and chocolate chip muffins tasted fresh and total for two muffins was $3.98. Mocha was incredible. I’ll come to this Tim Hortons in Troy from now on.
Been going here for about 3 years when getting breakfast in the morning for work someday. And by somedays I mean when I feel like attempting this location again to see if they get my order right. I think I've gotten my order correct 5 times ever going here. Most of the time I have to throw away food or give away at office due to being wrong like normal. I'll never visit this place again. Workers seem to have it hard listening to orders, putting it onto a computer screen, and making and bagging the orders. It's not hard to the job correctly along with listening and reading but it's a skill most fast food workers don't have but complain they don't make enough money too. Do a better job.
Zach was super nice and efficient. He and Sophia are rock-star employees and can handle business like no one else I've seen at Tim Horton's. Give them a tip! Have a blessed day!Food: 5/5
The best tim hortons I’ve ever been to! I go through the drive thru some days before work, and every time I do, it is a positive experience. Great customer service. I am always greeted with a smile and the food is always fresh and there is usually no wait time! Couldn’t recommend enough.
The message is simple: This location for Tim Hortons is one of the best anywhere. I drive by other locations to come to this one in Troy because of excellent customer service. The coffee is always perfect with a hot and fresh cup every time I stop there. The donuts are always fresh and often they provide your order in a box to protect the delicious treats because they are so fresh and incredible. The breakfast sandwiches are always great and made to order. Trust me, when you see Ian behind the counter at his station, you know that your order will be perfect, and it will make your visit worth stopping by each and every time. Most of all, the customer service is of the highest level. As soon as you walk in the door, you are provided a friendly greeting with a smile. Christina and her crew seem to always work together as a great team. They move with efficiency to provide you the best service and you can tell that they care about your experience if you stop in or use the drive-thru. As someone who has almost 42 years of experience in the retail sector of business, it is always great to see a business provide me the same service that I provide my customers. It is a simple message. The staff of this location will make your visit a positive experience with a perfect cup of coffee and a delicious meal.
I looked at some of these reviews and shame on the negative reviews because I have been going to this Tim Hortons for 7 months and it’s been fantastic and these last 2 months this has been the best experience I’m not sure if they switched management but the service there got 10x better than what it was it’s like they are letting the workers that were already shining stars shine brighter! Christina is my personal favorite she’s became part of my family and we all love her! If I could steal her to work for me would but she tells me she loves it there! The coffee is always hot the food is always fresh and the donuts are always so pretty! I drive by 2 Tim Hortons on my way to work to just come here!
The best Tim Horton's in Troy! A huge thank you to the two workers around 430pm today that were so nice when I ordered 8 coffees to-go. Coffee is always great here! Highly recommend.

The best Tim Hortons I've tried in all locations Best coffee , best donuts , best service and the best price .. I don't believe all things in photo just for $9 Coffee was so tasty and the donuts was fresh I recommend you all to this location
