Continuously messed up every order before mine, including nearly not giving a man 30 dollars change and charging a woman twice the price. The atmosphere is fine and they are sweet and maybe it was an off day but my experience was sub par at best.
The staff was nice, but I was disappointed in the lack of training at this facility. The young lady was told that whipped cream costs extra on every drink.

My first experience at a Bigger Coffee. Went there to pick up a drink for a friend and I ended getting a drink myself. I was very surprised by how small it is. One person behind the counter and Phoebe did a great job. Will come back more for specialized coffee. Price wise its comparable to Starbucks.
Really enjoyed my Winter Mint Mocha! It was my birthday treat!
Pre Covid-19 review :Good atmosphere, great experience to get a cup of coffee and smoothies and sit in the dining area to enjoy the food. The people are very friendly and always smiling at customers.
The atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly, the coffees are delicious and fresh, and the prices are more than fair!
