Worst experience ever. I order a sub to be ready by 1130. I got there at 1130 and it wasn't ready. So I waited until 12 noon and my food still wasn't being worked on. Meanwhile, they would take orders from people who walked in. They lost a customer for life. Terrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for a refund.
I was at this location Sunday, October 9th 2022 at 6pm. There was a bigger, short white man and a taller built black dude behind the counter. From the moment me and my husband walked in the short white guy made multiple comments about walking out mid shift to go see a movie. He had an enormous attitude with every customer the entire time. He served a customer that ordered AFTER us who ordered a grilled sub just like ours before us. A lady asked him if he was out of tomatoes because she wanted Mike's way, and he pointed to two wrinkly tomatoes and said that's what I have. She said oh so no you don't have tomatoes to which he replied, no or else they would have been on the sandwich. A completely terrible jersey Mike's experience compared to the many wonderful ones I have had. If you don't like your job or consistently, in front of customers state how little you care for your job like this man did, then he shouldn't be working. Period.

Got the giant Portobello Mushroom Sub, was surprised to see that it was available at this location while the app and website did not have it in their options. Friendly people, good variety of toppings but can improve their sandwich varieties
I am very happy with the subs I receive from this location! I wouldnt go anywhere else for a great hot or cold sub. My personal preference is a hot sub, so I go for the Philly Cheesesteak. Takes a few minutes extra but that is because the meat is cooked to order. Fast and friendly service!
Friday 9/30 we went to the Big Beaver Rd store in Troy. It was 8:45 pm and we ordered a chicken chipotle sub #42 and were told we couldn’t have that because she had already cleaned the grill! Even though the sign on the door says closing time is 9:00pm and online it also states that I guess the REAL closing time is …..AFTER THEY CLEAN THE GRILL!!
Food was not bad. it doesn't mean the food was good. Online price is higher than in-store price. 45min to pick up online order. Find a subway.
The guys that work here are great! My sub was incorrectly made. It didn't have cappicola. That's OK.Food: 5/5
Extremely slow. Waited over 20 minutes for my order today. No organization with other people getting their orders before me when they arrived after me.
Horrible customer service. Took 45 minutes for an online order. Watched at least 6 walk-ins get served and leave while waiting for my order. Was treated very rudely when I asked for an update on my order, was snapped at and told to be patient! Watched them finally make my sandwich, it had been sitting in queue for the entire 30 minutes I had stood there waiting to be finished but they kept moving the walk-ins ahead of my sandwich. I had already pre-paid and included a 20% tip! but they didn't care. Filed a complaint online about my experience with Jersey Mikes that has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give a d*** about customer service. I will not go back.
