Really nice burger, just too small. The toasty was shocking! But the staff was friendly and helpful when they missed out the bacon and dip from our order. Not going to rush back at £25 for 3 meals.
A good option & a bit quirky compaired to the normal McDonalds or Burger King options. The menu is split into two sections similar to Mcdonnalds, with Nreakfast items being served until 11am & then moving onto the main menu. I arrived for breakfast l, which is currently on promotion £3.49 for any breakfast main item, with a hash brown & drink thrown in. Good value as the majority of main breakfast items are £3.49 or over. My sausage, egg & cheese breakfast bagel was very nice & cooked to order. Hash brown was well cooked & my latte coffee was okay.
Excellent service from arriving at the door and being greeted by Nura who was super friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy and the food was hot and of good quality. Great experience, I will certainly be back x
Waffles fries are AMAZING, burgers are the best fast food burgers I've ever had, and the timbits were delicious. A billion times better than McDonald's
So what can I say about this place. By all means get a French Vanilla Late but avoid everything else. I’ve been to many Tim Hortons and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. - The chips were older than WW2 - The staff were rude and unfriendly and took for me to get a manager involved to get a dipping sauce - The doughnut taste of just ginger even though it was caramel - The wrap was smaller than my pinky finger I’ve filling burps I made official complaint they’ve apologised and given me a free meal voucher for any Tim Hortons so I’ll be going to the one on Leicester as that’s a good one.
Good food, good service, a decent but relatively sterile environment. Nothing too offensive but as a coffee shop it doesn't feel like somewhere you could curl up on a sofa with your favourite book and a French vanilla latte no sofas. Some of the doughnuts are quite expensive and I'm not sure of their value for money. The price is equivalent to some of the better artisan doughnuts but the quality is that of mass-produced doughnuts, hence dropping to 4 stars. It is a good place to add to the variety on Eastern Avenue, with all the other fast food places all operating within a few hundred metres. Worth a visit, but not worth driving hundreds of miles to visit.
Great veggie options for food as well as multiple types of dairy free milk!! Hearty portion and quick service. Will definitely return:
Clean and nice comfortable furniture, Inc sofas. Music too loud. Both orders placed had the wrong items. Staff uncommunicative. Coffee was nice, but expensive seeing as it came from an automated machine rather than a barista. >£3 for a small latte! I can see why it's quiet. Shame.Food: 4/5
Quick, delicious, love this place. Love the food, coolers and coffee Sarah is fantastic, very friendly, lovely and welcoming 1 year later - to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My order was wrong 3 times! The 3rd time I just couldn't be bothered to say anything. Apple caramel fritter is not apple and caramel, its lots of cinnamon, no caramel! At all! Gutted. Had to change my coffee as I had specified no whipped cream due to intolerance, I was given cream. I must say, the staff member was happy to change it Initial order, 2 Boston creams, 3 apple caramel fritter, 1 Canadian maple donut. Apparently, no Baker in store so we're told to choose from the very limited donuts that were left in the cabinet. On complaining they were happy to make 3 Boston creams. But there's no baker Coffee however was nice I'm not mad, just disappointed. Especially about the 3 apple caramel fritters I was meant to have and got 2 apple fritters with cinnamon instead Not too sure I'd come back again
Eat in experience. No staff, place almost empty still took 25min to get my food, just to find out it was already cold... The food was very tasty, shame they can't do thing wright, no cups for the drinks, no trays for food. Staff hanging around and hard to find a clean table. Next time... Well there's no next time.
