They have good services, im totally satisfied of them, You can test what ever you like here and buy what ever you like from their list, no minimum limit for purchase, 1 box. Some flavours are seasonal, why? Hope this is the company policy. Some flavours are not real, why? Like Chocolate fudge, doesnt give you chocolate Fudge taste. I prefer dont buy it, i go to Starbucks instead. Will complete this review later with more tastes. Thx
Made a purchase of coffee yesterday and was pleasantly surprised with the speed at which I was served at this location! The reviews I read were not very positive so I was a little reluctant go. The young lady who served me was lovely - helpful, knowledgeable and offered me a bonus that I qualified for. All in all a great experience
Was very well assisted by Leslie with every purchase I had in mind when walking into the store. She was helpful, provided good advice, and gave us the best deals for Black Friday. I did give 4 stars because the milk frother I had just purchased did not work upon opening it the next day and trying to use it. It was brand new out of the box. We contacted Nespresso and they will be sending us a new one, but extra hassle to get it shipped back, and replaced since we don’t live close to this boutique.
As non coffee lover, going into the store was quite overwhelming initially. But Brian made the experience tremendous. Brian was super informative about the products. From showing off how the machine works, to tasting multiple coffees, to selecting the capsules and other accessories, i felt confident enough when leaving the store. So much so that i walked out with a Vertuo Plus for the wife. Brian was phenomenal and the wife is going to be happy this holiday season!
Horrible experience. There’s only one door open, even though the store has 6 doors. In order to taste test something, instead of going up to the bar and asking for it, you have to wait in line and speak to a cashier and ask them to make you a coffee. There is no flow at all in the room, with only one door open, and the line up blocks the entire centre of the room. In order to get a coffee, you have to take a cashier away from their job. This makes the entire store chaotic and a mess. You have to exit out of the door you came in, because they don’t let you out any other way. They were also out of stock of most coffees and milk at the taste testing bar. Additionally, they have so many displays showcasing speciality coffees for lunar new year, but when i asked about it, they said there was no special coffee for lunar new year, despite the 10s of displays. Finally, the store is cash-free, which is an awful business decision and prevents me from purchasing from their store. Horrible management and the most inefficient, stupid set up i’ve ever seen for a specialty coffee store.
I really want to give Nespresso no stars but Google won't allow for that. Such a waste of time and money. I do not know where the customer service call reviews are for Nespresso but honestly it doesn't even matter because I am angry with Nespresso in general. Long story short, I called to get my Nespresso machine fixed because it was leaking water out of the side of the machine every time I made a coffee, so Nespresso told me that they would fix it and send it back. Okay perfect....then the machine came back a week or so later but damaged and smelling. The logo was wiped off, the inside had water in it and then water tank at the back was filled of coffee. It smelled. So I called again and they told me they would replace it with a brand new one so I sent the machine back. So nice of them...nope the same one came back and when I called to tell them of the situation some man on the phone told me that it was my problem and Nespresso won't do anything about it. I hung up and called back to speak to someone else and get a manager on the phone and she went on to tell me that Nespresso won't do anything and it is what it is. A lot of rude and disrespectful conversations from Nespresso employees happened in between but I'll save those for a later date and different social media platform. A simple issue that arose MONTHS ago, is still on going and I still do not have a machine AT ALL because the lady on the phone just now said that I didn't call for the 21st time when I shipped my machine back 3 WEEKS AGO...so Nespresso is holding a machine from me and not sending me back another one until now because I "finally called". I suggest no one buy a machine just to avoid having to call customer service if something does happen to your machine. A Christmas gift that I received has made a whole 7 coffees and given me a whole lot of disappointment from a brand that upholds themselves to a high standard.
To enter the store you have to wait in a line. So if you need to check how a coffee maker looks like in a real life just for a minute, you have to wait 15 mins in a line. Doesn’t make much sense apart from making the place crowded seeming like there’s lots of customers.
Nespresso Yorkdale I had terrible customer service. The floor plan is just as horrid too Went to look at cups entrance right side and then wanted to ask about capsule availability as the one I wanted was not on display The cashier- abrupt and annoyed cut me off while I was mid-greeting and told me I cut the line, “you have to wait in line like all the other people and wait your turn”. There was no other area to look at capsules, And I stood at the far left VACANT stand two other employees were at the other checkouts, no customer either… Mind you because of the lunar new year stands I could not even see where the line starts, or see the other machines or product. Why make the store entrance so narrow but the LINE so wide. Discourages people from shopping in store, not to mention the store front appears more as it is under CONSTRUCTION / closing biz than open. I wish I took photos to share Note: I am 5’8 so imagine for others more petite how hard it is to shop with all the stands blocking- And the staff isn’t very helpful either ‍ unless you’re picking up- avoid this location. 02/02/2023 5:45 pm
Got notifications on my phone to go for coffee sampling as we were visiting Yorkdale shopping centre. Two boys at the door were busy chatting with their selves, when we entered. Then no one really helped us. When waiting at the sampling station 3 people were visibly ignoring us. When we asked for a help one guy send us back to shopping counter. Thank you for nothing. Store full of important nobody’s. Will keep ordering on line since service in store sucks.Please don’t send invitations when no one wants to help. If I could would give 0 stars.
Had a terrible experience at this location waited for service for over 30 minutes. When we asked for help we were told we should of ordered on line. Rafael than told us to listen to him carefully not sure why I need to listen to Rafael at all I just want to order some coffee
