Friendly very helpful and knowledgeable team. Offered advice and suggestions ref tile ideas and recommended a very helpful tiler. Really pleased with the final result and was good value for money too! Very pleased and highly recommended

Refused to replace or refund tiles which arrived broken. Will not use again and were unfriendly and unhelpful. Shame as I order tiles most weeks and most companies have good breakage policies.

Service was good and helpful. My only concern is that all customers were wearing masks and there is a notice on the entrance stating masks must be worn, but none of the staff were wearing a mask and were not social distancing from customers either. I felt that I needed to distance from them. The staff needed to at least wear masks when dealing with customers.

Went in Tile Town today the man was very unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered!

Get here early if delivering. It's tight getting in and the yard is small. Hence get in before the cars turn up. Test your driving skills. People are very nice. Not a bad tip.

The service really depends on who you get serving you. Today's experience was great, really friendly and helpful, which has brought my rating up to a 3. My previous experience would have been a 1.
