Jim's Prehung Doors

After reading all the reviews here, I begin to wonder how a business would survive under such scrutiny. I was going to visit the shop. Now, I would just wait and see if this business would change their attitude towards customer service.

We have yet to receive our doors and have been hung up on five times saying “I can’t see your file” Jim is the rudest most difficult person to deal with. They are running a scam here. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

Jim's company manufactured and supplied all the doors in my house and I have to admit quality of product and workmanship and prompt service. It took a while to manufacture them but I love the doors. I'd hire this company again. Thank you.

The owner is most rude and arrogant fellow. I will never forget when our carpenter sent the damaged door back with my wife. After spending few thousand $ here, this man insulted my wife for asking to exchange one door. I filed charges against him at better business bureau. Avoid doing business with this place.

The worst door company I had ever been deal with. Never gonna have the business with them again.
