Loud owner, needs to stop talking-period! Horrible, lazy installers, keep coming up with extra costs and excuses! Avoid this place at all costs. I ended up paying $500 more than what they told me it'll cost. You are better off installing them yourself! Their price is standard for the quality they carry. The place next to them in fact, sells them for 9 cents cheaper. For both underlay and flooring!

Charges 25% restocking fees unused moulding.Fine prints on your receipt , loud and uncaring customer service when you want to return. Stay away !
