Tiger Sugar

This comment purely on the drinks only. As a bubble tea lover, their drinks are good, boba was nice & chewy, milk tea was good, a bit too much of sweetness for regular so you'll need to request less sugar instead. Agree a bit too pricey for a bubble tea comparing with other places. Service was ok when I visited but agree they took quite a long time making a drink, that really need some improvement. Location-wise was not so convenient to be honest. So I might only visit them again if I'll be around that area.

New bubble tea store at downtown. They opened on August 11, I visited the second day, overall drinks are ok but they were not ready to open. The drinks are expensive than other stores, eight dollars plus per drink is regular here. The sweetness is super high, if you not into sweet drinks, you will not enjoy their drinks. There were 5 people infront, inside the bar were 4 staffs and 1 cashier. It took around 15 minutes for the first few people to order their drinks. Looks like only two staffs were making drinks, the cashier was not able to answer some questions about their menu. Finally, they made mistake of one of my drinks, if I did not point it out, they would just handed it to me. After that, they made the right item, I am not sure where they put the wrong one. Unfortunately, for a new store this is not a situation customer will be impressive.

The quality of the drinks were on such another level! Staff are friendly and helpful even when they are busy, line is pretty quick even when they had orders of more than 10 drinks from online. Great customer service and it has a very aesthetic place. Drinks are incredibly delicious 10/10 that is worth every penny! Food: 5/5

Love their drinks!! My favourite is the strawberry mochi milk & the brown sugar crème brûlée I love the ambience and will definitely be coming here to satisfy my milk tea cravings Food: 5/5

Visit: August 2023 First time visiting Tiger Sugar. It was pretty busy, and service was a bit slow, but understandable as they just opened up recently. I got the Mango Sago BBT and it was really good! It tasted pretty fresh, there was lots of sago and what seemed like real mango chunks as well. Probably on the upper end of mango BBTs that I've had. Love the drinks so far, but I've only visited once and will have to come back again. Drinks are also on the pricier side $8+ for a regular

The overall aesthetics of the store are really nice and the staff are super friendly! I ordered a Strawberry Mochi Milk the other day and it was really good! The service isn’t bad either as me and my friends all got our drinks in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyoneFood: 5/5

This is one of the best bubble tea places I've tried! Incredibly pleasing atmosphere and good service. The sheer variety of drinks was almost a little intimidating. I got the Black Sugar Milk Tea their signature drink: you can also ask for the Top 1 and the Taro Boba Pudding AKA Top 9. Both drinks were absolutely fantastic. When I asked for less ice, I was actually given less ice, unlike every other boba place I've been to. The tapioca pearls were amazing consistency. The Black Sugar Milk Tea was quite sweet, so if you're not a fan, I would recommend getting less sugar. The drinks were a little on the expensive side, but it was totally worth it. Dietary restrictions: They had almond and oat milk for your drinks.

It was good, not great. Oreo was pretty tasty, black sugar pearls were good. Taro pudding was a little too soft when it came to the chewiness of the pudding. Pudding clogged straw often as well.Food: 4/5

I’m so glad there’s a location in Edmonton now! The atmosphere is so aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend the Strawberry Mochi Milk; I remember having it for the first time at K-days and was obsessed! Staff here work somewhat efficiently and are friendly. Had tiger sugar in toronto and I loved it. I'm currently visiting family in Edmonton and heard they opened up one here. Had to come and get a drink! Or two! Lol Anyway, staff was really really nice and friendly. Place was amazing, and clean. Definitely a good place to visit. Easy access to other places too. You could literally drop by for a drink, get it to go, and just enjoy your day strolling around downtown edmonton.
