The law firm was recommended to me at a stage when I was in  bad shape following a RTA.  At a point where my family and I did not even   know what I needed moving forward. Susan Mitchell and her team were very helpful in advising me how to get immediate help and also on  how to get set up with ongoing care.  As such I was able to focus on recovery.  When it came time to negotiate for my settlement, they made the process much less stressful than I had expected and were able to get me a generous settlement. I am very satisfied with this law firm

First time using them was excellent.  Got a reasonable settlement.  Fees were also reasonable.

Second time using them - very poor.  Had to call 3 times and still nobody has called me back regarding a time sensitive matter.  Even as a repeat customer.

I retain an associate at Tierney and Stauffer to deal with my Mother's estateand I feel he did not have my best interest in mind. I feel that he misrepresented me, mislead me, was untruthful to me. He did not on act on my behalf but cause me pain, suffering and a large bill.     $495 a hour
I would not recommend Tierney Stauffer and Associates for anything.
