I've had the pleasure of doing business with Merovitz Potechin for the past 10 years. I've used them for numerous commercial and some residential real estate transactions, as well as for commercial leasing.  I've worked mainly with Bram Potechin who is extremely knowledgeable, honest and personable. Bram has helped me navigate through many complex transactions, always explaining what he is doing and why and ensuring that any issues are satisfactorily resolved.  I've also worked with Tim Grieve and Noah Potechin, both with whom I've had very good experiences.  Merovitz Potechin has always taken care of my files in a timely and cost efficient manner and their fees have been very fair.  I would highly recommend Bram and Merovitz Potechin and without hesitation state that their lawyers are excellent!

We were very pleased with Noah’s services as he guided us through the final transactions during our property sale. What impressed us most was his personal approach, his calm, clear and concise manner of explaining things,  his methodical way of laying out what needed to be done and then following-up promptly and effectively. Noah managed to create a positive experience for us, straightforward, hassle-free, timely and reliably – just what we needed! That’s why we called on Noah for a second time, and again, received the same quality service. We are indeed happy customers.

In purchasing our first home, this firm was recommended by a friend. 

We worked with Bram Potechin who instilled a level of comfort and confidence during this exciting (but stressful!) time. When we met with Bram to review closing documents and it was really with his experience and patience that my wife and I were put at ease. 

The rates, reasonable, service was great. The small gesture of follow up after we closed on our home classy.
