When I called regarding my child birth certificate. When I received my child birth certificate the father name was not listed. The lady name Theresa B who goes my Terry. She was ridiculously rude. I told her that I have taken a picture of the birth certificate form before the nurse took it to be sent off. Terry replied “ Life Happens and I don’t know what to tell you” I told her I get that life happens but its not fair for the person to have to pay more for someone mistakes for not sending it off. So on top of the $45 I had to pay to get my child birth certificate I have to pay additional $18 for them to add the fathers name which should have been done in the beginning. Terry should not work in a place where she is dealing with the public because of her bad phone etiquette and attitude.
My rating is primarily for the Medical Reserve Corp. volunteers and whoever planned the two drive-through vaccination clinics I attended at the community college. Thank you! The wait wasn't too bad, everyone was very nice, and being able to hang out in the car for the fifteen minute observation period with the EMT's ready for a honked horn was a very comfortable way to get it done. Great job on the planning and great job executing it.
Been waiting for months just to received a corrected birth cert for my son and up to date we haven't received it. How do you people get paid yo do a shoddy work? Shame on you people.
I needed a drinking water sample tested so I had my wife pickup a sample bottle and attached instructions at this location. The next morning, per the instructions I received with my bottle, I conducted the collection and showed up promptly at 0800 the beginning of the turn-in window listed on the instructions. When I arrived, a note was tagged to the door indicating COVID hours were from 12:00 to 4:00. I rang the delivery button and a few moments later an employee came to the door. An older woman, her first words were “we’re not open.” I explained to her that the sheet her office had given me said they took samples from 8-1, which would leave a 1 hour window in the middle of my work day to submit. The exchange was brief, but she was rude and condescending the entire time. She literally just needed to grab a small bottle and a sheet of paper, but couldn’t muster enough human decency to do that politely. The parking lot is full of employee vehicles, so I’m not sure why they have such limited hours, and this particular employee made my experience singularly awful. Two stars because I think the water quality testing service is probably a good value and a positive for the community, but Thurston county needs to relook it’s customer service. I hope you read this, grumpy lady at the delivery door. Thanks for being terrible.
More interested in dogmatically following out of date vaccine policy and chucking out perfectly good vaccines, than adhering to federal guidance and getting vaccines into people's arms as quickly as possible. A perfect example of how bureaucratic organisations meant to protect us have instead made the pandemic worse through their laziness and rigidity.
Please explain why you are doubling CDC recommendations for schools to quarantine for 14 days instead of 7 for students? Do you guys now just make up random stuff because you know better? What is wrong with people and common sense. I work in the medical field and find your decisions to be a gross misuse of your authority and causing more problems than solutions and adding unnecessary stress to parents, children and school staff. You should go back to college and take a law and ethics class in Healthcare. Dont say you're doing it for the people. You're doing it for the governor because he is there in Olympia with you. Remember one day this will come to an end and people will have to answer for their choices.
I have wasted more than 4 hours trying to get correct information on trying to get a Covid vaccine. The state site listed 3 places to get vaccine and two of the sites reported no appointments were available for the first shots and had to be done on a walk-in basis. So visiting them...One site said they never did shots. The Thurston county building also doesn’t do walkins or shots at all, but refers you to someone who does, but none available in the foreseeable future. The final was Walmart in Lacey. It reports to call the pharmacy number to check on availability. The phone message says the opposite. It advises to book at the Walmart website. The website reports that no shots are being given at this location. End of list and no closer to getting a shot or appointment than I was 4 hours ago.
Needed to my sons Birth certificate, went in there filled out the application and she printed it right away. Easy process. I recommend pay cash cause it's just a straight $20. If you pay card they charge fees.
They make it very easy to get vaccines through Med Corp sites.
