Gary was amazing. It is very difficult for families to go through the process of learning about, accepting, and letting go of their loved ones passing. Gary was instantly compassionate with his body language and choice of words. He was personal with my husband and I and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He never once refused a request or gave us any hassle. He was so kind that it made the process easier to deal with. I just wanted to share this as dealing with the loss of a family member is never going to be “easy” but so nice to have compassionate people support you and hold your hand through the process. Thank you Gary and the staff at Thurston County Coroners Office.
I just want to say that Karen was so helpful with our questions about my brother's passing. She showed a level of compassion for me and my family and we were amazed that that could happen coming from this field.
