Jean-Paul’s facilitation and teaching has been extraordinarily helpful for me to live a more engaged and purpose driven life, make better decisions, both in business and personally. I see Jean-Paul is a tremendous person who can facilitate, be empathetic and connect with you, as well as help you really think through ways to improve your own life. He does this without charts and graphs and gets to the heart of the matter, authentically. You will take full ownership of your life to his facilitation and teaching. It has been a tremendous experience to work with him, as well as helped me open my eyes to my life in a way that has never occurred.

Before I worked with Jean-Paul, I was on auto-pilot in almost all aspects of my life. On the surface, I was attaining my immediate goals, but I knew I could be achieving and experiencing so much more. I was in search of a deeper perspective and meaning to how I was living my life, whether it was related to work, family, parenthood, marriage, personal relationships, health, sleep, concentration and productivity.  Jean-Paul gave me the tools to tap into a level of confidence and, most importantly, an awareness and knowing of how to engage with all the experiences unfolding before me so that I could identify and engage with each situation to reach my maximum potential. Before reaching out to JP, I had been married for 20 years with 4 young children and demanding executive level dual careers. When I initially reached out it was for my marriage.  But once I watched some videos to prepare for the call, I realized this was more than just about saving my marriage.  It was about becoming the best me possible.  To have a great life.  The videos I watched also spoke about emotional freedom.  I had never heard of that before. My coaching experience with Jean-Paul was truly transcendent. A marriage saving, life changing program that I am forever grateful for!  Absolutely the best personal growth experience of my life!  I reached out the Jean-Paul as I was facing a crumbling marriage, high stress in my business, and overall funk and unhappiness.  I did not see a way to repair my marriage and I was certain I was facing a divorce.  I had lost my mojo and drive not only in my marriage yet in many parts of my life.  Through Conversation brought it all back and in an amazingly short period of time!  Just after 3 or 4 sessions I was back to my old self. [Edit: Jean-Paul doesn't want actual details divulged here as per the contract I signed, so specifics below have been obfuscated. He also offered a confidential deal if I would take down this review, but I declined.] My package was $a LOT of money for ten 1.5-hour zoom sessions although I'm guessing your price will be tailored to you. The things that are supposed to change my life are not these but similar to: do pilates sets every morning, record voice notes when driving, and take turmeric supplements. I'm not kidding, his teachings are just those things straight from HuffPost articles. He also said different random things that come to his mind that would contradict themselves, for example not actually this but lots of stuff similar to this: "let's dig into your past to know how you got here", but also "your past doesn't matter what matters is where you want to go". Much like talking to a charismatic evangelical pastor actually.  I know all the other reviews look awesome and he will make you watch all the interviews with past clients who are all happy with Jean Paul and I'm sure they are telling the truth. But to me, his stuff are useless and charging this kind of money for stuff you read on Reader's Digest is outrageous. As such, I discontinued after my first session. It was two years ago but I've been wanting to share this so folks can hear a different perspective. Good luck everyone and take care.

My experience with Through Conversation was unlike any program I have ever done. When he shared what my life could be like at our interview I thought it seemed too good to be true and yet I could see in his eyes that he meant it and I decided I believed him.  10 sessions and my life is completely transformed!!! I went from autopilot chicken with its head cut off to a new me! I am happier, more loving especially to myself than ever.  My relationship with my husband is even better than when we were first married and we were head over heels in love then. After 28 years of marriage we were coexisting not unhappy but definitely not happy. We both needed help. We each did the work with Jean-Paul and we both are new people who are completely in love with each other! Jean-Paul gets to the root/ heart of things without all the traditional negative drudging up the past. Now I have more energy true vitality and love for all the people in my life and all of those relationships have transformed! I'm more effective at work, play, family and life! This is the best investment you could ever make in life. Jean-Paul woke me up to all the beauty in and around me. Oh I almost missed the most remarkable thing; in a pandemic world where facials are rarely accessible, I went without one for 3 months but it turns out Through Conversation is the much coveted fountain of youth!
