I called and stated my location as Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. He thought I said Calgary, then he couldn't spell Sudbury, then he dropped the call and I started over. Shelvy and I went through the same process. She tried to confirm I was picking up at Pearson airport, then Bay st., then Sault Ste. Marie. I must have said Sudbury about a dozen times between these two conversations and spelling it out thrice, only to have her tell me there are no locations in my area. No stars for you, one is too many. Get it together people, take a geography course of the places you service.
