Don't be 4 minutes late. They will lock the door. They will leave you. They do not care about you're situation.

This location doesn't deserve a star rating. The woman working that day was less than respectful to my situation and couldn't care less why I was renting a car and that I came a VERY long way to rent one and essentially made my young daughter and I leave the location. I knew the policies on the website for renting a car and had phoned prior to ensure that I was able to rent and was turned down at the location with no other alternative.
I was lucky enough to find a friendly stranger who helped me get a ride to the Enterprise location who was MORE than willing to assist me and my daughter rent a car.
Let's just say that I WILL NOT be renting, nor recommend anyone to rent from this location.

Service is absolutely awful.  Staff is rude and unprofessional.  Save yourself the trouble and go rent elsewhere.

Agency does not allow to drop off a vehicle after 2PM on a Sunday.
