What an amazing experience we had! Kudos in particular to manager Laura! We encountered an unexpected problem with the credit card we were using to rent the car but she went out of her way to make sure our weekend plans were saved! 

The car we got was a new, clean Nissan Sentra with all the bells and whistles! What a great price for three days! And dropping it off couldn't have been easier! I wasn't even late for work that morning! 

Thanks so much for a great weekend! We couldn't have had our getaway without you!

Worst rental place in town. The staff, in my experience, were poorly trained and rude. The manager has been passive aggressive with my party on at least one occasion as well. The parking lot is really tight, and the cars are poorly cleaned. I've had to pull over and clean the inside of the windshield on several of the cars I've rented from this location when it started getting dark. Enterprise on Regent street makes this place look like a hot wet mess, their manager is competent and runs a tight ship. The parking lot is better too. I'm never renting from Enterprise on the Kingsway again.

In and out in minutes. Initial car inspection and walk around all done on iPad or tablet so makes the paper work a breeze.  Return was pretty much the same.

Always a great experience. Great customer service, polite, friendly, and efficient. One downfall of this location is that there is no parking but the shuttle staff are pleasant and accommodating
