Three Valley Lake Chateau Ltd.

I have noticed this place since I was old enough to see out the window traveling with my family and have never stopped before. But this trip with my own children we decided to stop and was a great choice. Tons of historic buildings have been moved here and erected into an excellent little village. Old car museum ( some pre model T ) and a train round house full of rail cars to look through. Finished off with a little mini golf. If you think this place looks interesting trust your instincts and come inside. You will be pleased.

We stayed here on our drive home from Vancouver to Saskatoon as it's in a great spot if you're doing that drive in thirds. It was not what we expected but in a good way! It has all matter of neat little touches of character and it's definitely worth a walk around to explore it. We rented some kayaks and took in the view from the lake which was great. The kids loved the pool and the courtyard view at night is really enchanting. We'll be making this a go to stop every time we make the drive!

We only stayed one night but it was great. The kids loved the pool and gardens and we couldn't have had a better view from our balcony. The restaurant breakfast was really good and our waitress was so friendly. The ghost town was great too and the kids had fun running around. The room had one door that wasn't closing properly though and the carpet was all scrunched in a few spots. Minor things that didn't really bother our stay. Wifi worked just fine for us in our room.

What a surprise to see something like this in the middle of the mountains! Gordon Bell is the founder of this place, he surely had the imagination and determination when it came to building this place. Lots of antique historic stuff, a recreation of an old village to preserve what the past 100 years looked like. Loved my visit here.

I have been stopping here since Im very young. We always get a surprise box and stop for lunch. Very beautiful place. I have only stayed in the hotel once a long time ago so I can't comment on that but, the ghost town and train museum is worth the stop.
