Third time there and they let people jump in line and their one of a kind attitude. Hope more shops open and this place will be shutted down in no time. Take your money elsewhere.

Rude staff front desk staff that cant seem to deal with the slightest amount of stress. The kayaks were in good shape and outfitted with all required safety equipment. You can ignore all their boundary instructions, i.e. go outside the bay, go to Flowerpot Island if you have time. In the end, use your best judgement, check the weather, know your abilities, insurance will take care of the rest. That being said, next time i'll bring my own kayak and stay out until sunset...

Beware. Access point parking lot I requested a shuttle for had been flooding for weeks and wasn't warned. Needless to say in my small car I couldn't get to the parking lot so I went back out the road to get reception to call and email them. No response for an hour and by that time I had already made alternate plans with the park. The park was the one who told me the access was flooding on and off for weeks. Outfitter still charged my card and offered little apology despite us having to cater to the shuttle drivers schedule which seemed to just be someone driving into work in the morning. I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Drove 8 hours to get to this location and they wouldn't let me rent out due to a storm that was suppose to come, it was out of their control. Very nice people though.
