After getting a quote from Rob and comparison that the quote was competitive, Drew and Dean came to install an AC unit. I had a few request in terms of aesthetics and all were taken care of. Quality of workmanship is top quality. They contracted the electrical work out to Finns Electrical who workmanship was also top quality. Drew and Dean suggested a maintenance service and duct cleaning after, although not needed, but to give a piece of mind that the equipment will last longer. All in all, happy with the install.

Bought a hot water tank and furnace at the home show, great customer service, install went well, very smooth actually. The government rebate changed on them... they went the extra mile to service for the difference. Good company, good products, super happy!

Had AC installed. Rob the salesman straight up honest guy who wont BS you. Also had lowest price of 4 quotes. Had Dave come and install. Very professional work,nice and clean straight lines and well supported. Excellent craftsmanship. Had a small problem called Thompson at 7 pm, past closing hours, they had a tech,Correy, over at lunch the next day. Excellent troubleshooting had it fixed in under an hour and proved what was wrong. This means he didnt guess which is the mark of a pro. Staff at office extremely polite and proffessional. Honestly you'd be crazy to go anywhere else.
