Sheehan Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

I called in the morning as we had a leak in our basement bathroom ceiling. They said they could come that afternoon between 12 and 4 and would call when they were on their way. I received a call12 12:15 and Mike (the plumber) arrived 10 minutes later. He put on booties before entering the house and explained very thoroughly what and where the problem was. He made sure to put a drop cloth down to catch any mess as he had to cut a hole in the ceiling. Mike finished the job quite quickly and went through what he had done with me before he left. I was quite surprised at the bill in a very pleasant way. You hear so many horror stories of how much plumbers charge. I would call Sheehan Plumbing again in a heart beat. I highly recommend this company.

I first used Sheehan on a neighbor's recommendation to install my hot water on demand system. I now use them for all my plumbing needs. They service my furnace and H20 on demand. I recently had them come out to install a new toilet and just installed an air conditioning unit today. I've had Derrick and Mike working in my house and I highly recommend them. They are pros and a pleasure to do business with.

We've had a lot of work done by Derrick and his guys over the years. We bought a townhouse in 2006 and it needed a new furnace. They gave us a good quote, after taking a lot of time to explain the differences between the various furnace types. Installation was amazing. They had to move a lot of ductwork and place the new furnace in a different spot (we were renovating the basement). They even rotated our water heater for us, to make access better. They did the whole job in one day. We've used them to fix leaks in old plumbing, and also to replace a broken toilet. They've always done excellent work and always cleaned up afterwards. They've been professional and on time. The best thing they ever did, though, was advise me on how to patch a leak myself. A screw went through a PVC pipe, and rather than come out and charge me for a call and a repair, Sheehan's guy told me that it was an easy fix that I could do myself, if I was up for it. He gave me clear instructions, and sure enough, I saved myself the cost of a plumbing repair. Sheehan Plumbing and Heating is my go-to company for any plumbing or heating problems, and I plan to use them again for our big kitchen renovation.

Our water tank went on the fritz Thursday night. Called Sheehan Friday morning and they had the job done early afternoon. Great service and good pricing. This is the 3rd time we have had them out for a few different problems over the years and always happy with the service they give.
