So this is the 4th time our heating system has failed and I had lost faith with the companies I had tried in the past. So I decided to give Custom Air a go and thank goodness I did. The agent that came by was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Custom Air again. I find them to be extremely trustworthy. Best part a call back to see if I was pleased with their work. Hope this tell all.

Had a absolutely horrible experience with Custom Air conditioning, and would never consider to use them ever again. Even with 5 visits to the office to quote the supply and installation of a brand new system in a new warehouse space, half way through the installation, they demanded a 2500.00 extra to complete their scope of work !! When questioned, it turned into a month long back and forth email argument with the owner. After the owners volley of emails and insults, they sent a junior guy to finish their outstanding work, a month after the rest of the project was completed, who left us with broken and marked up ceiling tiles and walls, and a sour taste in our mouths. BTW: Yes, i have the right company.

Our home is approximately 30 years old and lately we have been having a few small and unexpected emergency situations. The hot water tank, the furnace, the gas fireplace. Each time something has failed, the first thing I have done is call Custom Air. These guys are the best! The moment the phone is answered you know you are dealing with professional people who are passionate about helping you. They are clearly proud of the service they provide. Suzanne has sent out techs to our home within a short amount of time, whenever I have needed help. This is something that is KEY when you are in a situation where there is a leak or the water is shut off! The technicians that have come to our home have been super friendly, efficient and professional. They have clearly explained what the issues have been and have always quickly repaired the problem before we experienced any more downtime. I would absolutely recommend Custom Air to anyone who requires residential heating and plumbing. I have been very happy with the support I have received and the experience I have had using them.

Hi Jeff & Peter, I just wanted to let you know that we have had an opportunity to analyze the first phase of the boiler system improvements you recommended for operational savings and have noted the following. In addition to the $11,000.00 rebate we received on your recommendation we have seen over 25% savings in gas consumption. We’re seeing these savings despite increased usage and added heating load. Additionally the overall heating system has been performing significantly better. The December 2015 and January 2016 numbers are out as we had increased occupancy which when factored in would have meant more energy savings. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the installation, the dependability of the boiler and the energy savings CustomAir accurately forecasted. Don Brogan
