I popped into this store sometime last year to check out they're watch selection; which I ended up purchasing...plus more. This is also when I met Deb who opened up my eyes to wearing men's jewelry which previous to my first visit I had only ever wore a watch. She explained how it's an expression of who you are and to wear it - take a chance! Since that day I make a point of stopping in each month to see what's new and visit with Deb who makes my trip to Winnipeg a new grateful experience each time as I have now many pieces of the Rebel Collection and looking forward to getting more! Just wanted to take a minute and say how thankful I am to have met such a wonderful manager including all associates I have encountered along the way! Exquisite as each piece is - so is the time they take to make sure whatever your looking for is right for you.

Absolutely terrible service. The manager stopped helping me to help some VIP ?? who only bought one item for maybe 25$ then gave a 20% discount too. When I wanted to look at an item she ignored me to help this VIP??? When someone else helped me they did not offer the 20% and when I asked the manager rudely said "I guess just give it to her" I have never felt so disrespected before and did not end up buying because of how I was treated. Spoke with a friend about shopping here and she told me about how she bought a charm which the staff told her it was solid gold when it was plated. When trying to return the item she was called a liar for that misunderstanding. Terrible. Terrible service. Would not recommend to shop here unless you are a VIP customer.

Hi I recently went to Thomas Sabo and was looking to purchase a necklace Dragon fly . I was so amazed by the hospitality and the warm and welcoming of the staff and manager they were awesome . I would like to thank Deborah I will be back, your patient and kindness reflected on me when I left your store with my purchase so happy you are professional at the same time you were considered about my needs thank you I will be back and recommend your store to family and friends

The only place to buy unique and AMAZINGLY handcrafted charms and beautiful jewelry to suit any outfit. The staff is friendly and helpful too, making it a fun shopping experience.

Seems likea really nice store. I was only there to peruse and kill time so I didn't make note of any of the pricing
