Tom was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my wife filed for divorce I didn’t know which what to do. I was totally unprepared when I was served with the divorce papers. Tom led me through the process with his extensive knowledge of the divorce laws - not only knowing the current divorce requirements but also the changes that would be occurring in the upcoming year. He explained situations and options to me truthfully and objectively, when emotions could have taken over and poor decisions on my part been made. Tom was totally accessible to me through his email or phone – always promptly returning my messages that day or the next. Though the divorce was not what I wanted and I really wanted it to go away – Tom kept me on course and guided it to a good ending. And with his sense of humor (and with having his 2 dogs in his office!) - he really helped keep life in perspective.
