Atty. David Weiner is great at what he does. Believe me when I say that he is, hands down, the best lawyer out there for DUI/Driver's License cases. I know a few people who were recommended to David by different lawyers because of how good he is. In fact, we were recommended to him by a public defender who didn't think he could handle our case. He has been our lawyer throughout our three year driving case journey and I could not be more glad that he was our lawyer throught it all. He is very knowledgeable, straightforward (no runaround or false hopes with him, you'll know exactly what to expect which, for us, turned out to be much better than being surprised later) and has tons of experience. Not to mention, every time we went to court, it was so crystal clear that everyone there respected him, and there has to be a reason for that. Thank you, David, for saving my family during what felt like the most hopeless time of our lives.If you haven't already done so, and you are fighting a driving case, you need to hire David.

Mostly if not all of the Renacer’s clients that had worked with David Winer on DUI and Secretary of State Hearings had regained driving privilege after the first Hearing. He takes the time to help them throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone, who is seeking help with the Secretary of States Formal or Informal Hearing.

Our family has employed David Winer twice for our son's speeding tickets. We were very impressed with Mr. Winer's expertise and professionalism both in and out of court. He made the experience as painless as possible and we were very pleased with the outcomes. We noticed that Mr. Winer is very well respected by other attorneys and court personnel. I have used David and Evan more then once, and have referred several friends to them. All I can say is they are be the BEST OF THE BEST. They seem to know everybody in the court system, are very professional and have always delivered awesome results. They are very personable and very accessible to speak with.
