When I had an issue with my mini-split AC making noise I called around for a technician. Was told over the phone if I wasn't an existing client they couldn't send out a repair technician. I guess they don't service our brand. We decided to scrap the AC unit and purchase a new one. Their pricing was in line with competitors but we opted for a Daikin brand with Air Technico instead.

I received the Air conditioning unit by default from the builder sylvian menard in June 2020. Not even 2 years and I had cooling issues with my unit. Called them to fix it and was charged around $500. Not reliable units and overly priced service.

Had new heat pump installed last week.... top notch service.. professonal installation could not ask for anything better... highly recommendable

The company sent someone to our house within 24 hours and we had great service. The technician took his time and checked everything to make sure our heating was working perfectly. I would recommend Thermocyr to anyone who needs assistance in that domain.

I bought a new house in 2018, with habitation Sylvain Ménard, they have a contract with thermocyr for installation and maintenance. I had a problem, the tech said that the AC need to be charged and he sent me a bill for 160 $. The problem was never fixed. And after few days, my neighbor checked the wall panel and we found that we need just to adjust the room temp. The tech never checked the control panel, he just assumed that there is no charge.

Had a problem with my furnace and I left a message at Thermocyr to call me back. A technician called me back within 5 hours and troubleshooted the problem with me on the phone. He told me what to do by phone I did it and that resolved the problem with the furnace. Total cost to repair zero dollars, THANK YOU, MERCI BIEN! Sylvain. Excellent and honest service!!!!

They came before time install very quickly and the AC is working as it should be. The guy who install the AC explain how to operate and clean and even change my furnace filter. Very nice service so far.
