It is one thing to make an honest mistake, it can happen to anyone, but the customer service of this company is absolutely horrible. They had made 2 pretty big errors, and refused to fix the problem. Both problems related to the pitch, the angle that allows water to drain properly. They wanted to have the water drain from the down spout far from property by running a tube underground, but the ground it was buried under was lower than the exit point, so the water had no choice but to leak out from the joint from the down spout, to the tube, because the underground tube was filled with water. IN winter, this stagnant water froze, and the entire down spout was filled with ice until the final thaw. Secondly, and much worse, when they installed a new drain in the driveway. They made the connection to the outlet pipe lower than the original pipe, so the water could no longer drain to the garage drain box which is how water goes to the sewer. At the end of winter, the melting ice just turned into a lake in my driveway. As I said, these things can happen, but the refusal to repair both these things speaks to the ethics of this company.
