Interaction with the sales exec - excellent. Execution of the work the workers thought they had to do - excellent Execution of the work you actually asked for - terrible Treatment of the customer by the owner of the business - REALLY terrible. TIP. You have to sit on a chair and watch the workers do all of the work. They will not ask for a clarification, and it is up to YOU to be there at the critical times, because according to the business owner, its YOUR liability. (I was in the house upstairs when my fence was installed in the wrong position even though the 6 inch channel for the fence was RIGHT THERE). you have been warned.
