The first time I did a small repair here, I was billed for replacing the fuel pump - $ 1000 supposedly 4 hours of work to unscrew 4 bolts and tighten again I was deceived not because I was stupid, but because I trusted them. Be careful here, but rather look for other options for repairs.
Have used thier services in past with good level of service. Not so on this occasion. We have been in the refrigerated business for over 30 years so we have a pretty good grip on what it means to provide good service and a satisfied customer. Our unit was having fuel related problems. They cleaned the fuel screens and replaced the primer pump. Unit left shop only to return with same issue later in the day. They replaced fuel filter and we left. Unit made it 3 hours down road before quitting again. Sent further down road to tk in Saskatoon. They found fuel leaking at primer pump and filter was loose. When I inquired about warranty from tk in Edmonton was told they had not charged us for the 2nd trip to thier shop. I fail to understand how billing some one for poor workmanship is considered good service. I spoke a few times and traded a few emails in hopes of resolving issue. Prior to this poor review

Made an appointment week before. Came on a Tuesday. Got on my problem right away. Very helpful. I would recommend then to anyone looking for repairs on tri pack. It was well worth the drive .
I brought in an Ingersoll-rand 375 and dealt with Ashley. Within a few days they had resolved all my issues, charged me less than quoted, and threw in some freebies I would've happily paid for. Thermo King will be my first stop for all future compressor services and issues. Great service and great customer support
thermo king was a great experience for us they helped us out any way we wanted them too. I would recommend anybody to deal with the great folks at Thermo King. I dealt with sales department and service department. they were both awesome.
Returned my truck to them and they fixed the problem free of charge that and the service was great. They also had a nice waiting room for customers with a tv and vending machines
I had a question about some parts that I needed and the parts manager was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will get my parts from Thermo King Edmonton in the future.
