The staff is always so helpful here. They know their products and are knowledgeable about woodworking, plumbing, and gardening these are the things I have had to ask about.

Staff member was super helpful with finding me what I needed, and recommending what may work for my situation.
Definitely a small town Home Hardware, the set up was tight and had limited supplies depending on what you were looking for. HOWEVER, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in looking for some plumbing materials to fix what we thought was a burst pipe from the extreme cold we had for the few weeks. However, after discussing options for how to best mend the pipes we were eventually told our best bet would be to turn off the water to that sink and wait until summer to fix it. We were told not to buy anything because it wasn't necessary. I will be going back to buy the required parts for when I fix everything this summer!
The disabled guy that works there is cool but the rest are arrogant and rude unless you are one of their inbred family. Especially the red head, super rude and very impersonal will be complaining to corporate about her. Stopped shopping there unless it's the last option I have, feel very uncomfortable every time I enter that store. Very poor customer service.
Staff are great, very knowledgeable and professional. 5 star service and great products.
This is my hometown Home Hardware and brings back all the nostalgia of going to Home Hardware with my dad as a kid. If I can buy from here I do, they don’t have everything in store as it’s a smaller store. The staff are fantastic with Kent being my go to person. Allan, the owner, is there and invested in the success of the business and it shows. I love this place.
Reena the Manager is fantastic very knowledgeable and know's her staff well. Would take the drive out of my way for the attentive service. Woot
It's a hit and miss on the staff! But I do like the store!
