Therapeutic Body Concepts in the west end of Edmonton is a great little massage clinic. It’s clean and inviting and you feel welcomed when you walk in the door. I had read a couple of reviews and decided to book an appointment with Chris as I had been looking for a deep tissue massage therapist. My 90 minute massage was better than I expected and is definitely one of the best I have experienced. I definitely needed the hot bath when I got home tonight and I feel terrific. Just what I needed. Thank you Chris.

I have been here only twice so far, both visits with Kaitlin Cayen, and she has been a great help. I have been looking for years for a reputable massage therapy clinic for years, have had acquaintances who were massage therapists so I went to them instead, due to many physical ailments and by the recommendation of my GP. I am autistic so what that means for me is I take in a lot more stress than a non-autistic person. My stress manifests in many different ways but some of the most obvious and obnoxious shows in daily muscle pain/soreness/spasms, and sometimes nerve pain in my extremities due to the tight muscles all over my body. I finally pulled the trigger to do my research and settle on a clinic both accessible and highly reviewed, so I found Therapeutic Body Concepts West/High Park being the best location for me. I looked at all the skill sets of each massage therapist at this location and out of my personal choices - I chose Kaitlin for deep tissue massage therapy, as I lucked out on availability. Both visits have shown me how attentive, kind, and skilled she is at her profession. The location is convenient to get to, a little tricky on parking in residential areas for me at least, if the limited customer parking is full. However, it is worth it to get a massage here. I love the thorough intake forms and options given to clients to fully customize treatment, amount of talking during a session, and making therapists aware of any issues or focus. After my first visit, the tingling nerve pain in my fingers/shoulders have gone away, and the very significant ankle pain I used to have daily and wouldn't allow me to walk throughout my day has subsided to having it only a couple of times a week and lasting minutes at a time. Kaitlin knew what she was doing and I completely trust that she helps me. I am very satisfied and happy on coming here for massage therapy, I don't think I can go anywhere else. 100% recommend.

This place is amazing! I don’t usually write reviews but the massage I had here with cupping was the best I have ever had. Really helped with my pain and range of motion. The therapist was so knowledgeable. I seen Miss Kirana and she is amazing! Will be making this my regular place for massage.

My therapist was very good. She ensured everything was to my liking and meet me with a glass of water after service. I was shocked that my benefits declined the claim stating the therapist license wasn’t active at the time of claim. I also called and inquired about direct billing before booking. I was assured that they did then was advised I had to pay full and follow up with my benefits provider.

Love my experience here every time I have my laser hair removal appointments. The staff are exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and awesome. Their esthetician Ella Trowsdale is super awesome at what she does, she is also very gentle, and very knowledgeable. Ella makes you feel at ease and in good hands. This place is highly recommended. Always enjoy my visits.

Best massage of my life! My husband and I went for a couples massage today and we both had the most amazing experience. We have been to many different places over the years but this was by far the best massage either us has ever had! Amilia was fantastic- very nurturing, perfect pressure throughout and seem to just know where I needed it most without me having to say a word! I even cried because I felt so amazing. This spa is such a cozy, comforting place to go! I love going here, especially on a cold winter day it’s very inviting. Staff is friendly and the RMTs are excellent. I have been on 3 occasions and each time provided a really good massage. Leave feeling relaxed

I found out about them just looking online for a close place to my house and I am still impressed how lucky I was of finding them. Massages are great I really like Liliana and the acupuncture with Oxana is just amazing. I have recommended this place to many people and the ones who have come keep recommending it to others.

I had a wonderful 75 minute massage from Liliana Sirbu at the High Park location. I was head to toe happy and she got my neck & shoulders working properly again! Thank you so much. I recommend Liliana to anyone needing a relax & reset.

This was my 1st appointment with Caroline. It was AMAZING!! I did not realize how powerful a lymphatic massage was until today. I wish I had known this decades ago. Caroline is a miracle worker. Thank you.
