I went here over the weekend for a dressing change. The nurse was very unprofessional. Asking if she should leave the room when I was undressing (yes!) and putting me through a lot of pain because she didn't communicate what she was doing. She also didn't clean and properly dress my wound so I had to re-do it when I came home. The doctor (not my original doctor) changed my whole care plan and told me to use feminine hygiene products rather then gauze. Just did NOT have a pleasant experience at this location and will never go back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE I HAVE EVER EXPIRENCED IN MY LIFE!!! IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES.
