I had a positive Cologuard test on 3/12. I expected a call to schedule a colonoscopy. I called 3 times with scheduling to try to get an appointment. I was told they would ask Dr. Alan's scheduler Pam to mark my case urgent. That was 2 days ago. Yesterday I was told it may take a week to get a call. I wonder how long after that before they get me in? This is the opposite of Healthcare.
Very professional and knowledgeable surgeon and staff!
Great experience, friendly staff, Dr. Alam is very patient and knowledgeable.
