They never give me the right part the first time. I have easily bought over $1000 worth of parts from them and they continue to disappoint, so why do i go back? Well they are the only place around with the parts I need. The worst time was when i had to take the motor mounts back 3 times, and the final time i just cut the one so they would fit because i think they gave me one for a van instead of a truck but it was close enough. They make it so difficult to return the part if you have lost your reciept that I really didnt want to go back a fourth time and explain how i lost the reciept to them again because even though I've been there 4 days in a row they dont believe i bought it from them. This was an exception though because they usually give me the right part eventually. Make sure you dont even get the part dirty trying to put it on your vehicle assuming it's the right part because apparently it's your fault they gave you the wrong one. I pay premium price and rarely get one of their promotional items because they are conveniently "all out" of them, but dont tell me until after ive spent $200 which is 4 times the required amount. But do they make an effort to get me one? Nope. Honestly only go here if you dont have anywhere else to go.

Some of the guys there are good. The others are just useless. I used some parts...calipers..rotors...they all fail within a week one side and a year later the other side. If you need to bring core back don't forget the box or you won't get the credit. Napa parts are garbage. Go somewhere else.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A little pricey though.
