Very professional. Appointment was on time. Very friendly people who look after you. I need more work to be done on my car. Will be back. Highly recommended. Why 4 stars is because I never give 5 stars for anything.

I sent my grandma here to get a hole patched in one of her winter tires and the techs told her she needed all season tires on her car and that her almost brand new winter tires aren't worth keeping. They charged her 220 per tire and I found the exact same tires online for 109. Now she has 12 tires including the summers and they won't refund her. Scumbags

Service was fast, and efficient. Didn't try to up sell me on anything. Told them I didn't want anything that would break the bank. Just wanted winter tires/rims. That's exactly what they put on. Great place!

I had a problem from a previous visit about 4 months ago. Today all cleared up. I would have to say I will not go anywhere else for my tire needs for the simple fact that. Murdoch's honesty is hard to find. Highly recommend .

I blew a tire with my baby and toddler in the back seat, on Elm St. an hour away from my home and I don't have CAA. It was 4:40 pm and most shops close by 5pm so I was immediately panicked. I called Murdoch, explained the situation and luckily was only a few minutes from their location. I pumped my tired at the gas station and it was already flat 3 minutes later when I pulled into their parking lot so clearly driving on it for any length of time wouldn't have been an option! Their staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They had my car in, new tire on and sent me on my way within 20 minutes. I felt so well taken care of and they turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a super easy experience. Many shops would have seen the time and turned me away, resulting in a very challenging situation with two little ones so far from home. I would go to them again and recommend them to anyone, hands-down!!

They were very kind and went the extra mile. We had a serious bubble on own tire and they stayed past closing to put on a new tire for us.

Needed 1 snow tire michalin did not make any more called all over the place no one had them called Murdoch's they had three in stock they installed my tire on my rim and balance at no charge will definitely do business with them again thank you
