Canadian Tire

Worst Canadian tire hours. Closes at 6pm which gives you no time to go there after work. Needs better hours. Just go to Welland instead, it's open later and has more variety.

The workers in the automotive department are the most helpful, even if it's not there department you're inquiring abt. A lot of the staff (older staff mainly) need to have a crash course in Costumer Service. I worked in retail & restaurant services all my life &, if my costumer relations was that bad I would of been fired!! Guess when the manager is the same way, it's supposedly OK! GET NEW WORKERS!!

If i could give zero stars I would. The managers of this store are exceptionally rude and have the maturity of a 2 year old. They have absolutely no conflict resolution skills and treat regular customers terribly for simply asking a question when they are busy! News flash...we are all busy!! The company needs to take a look at this staff and find out why it is deemed acceptable to behave in such a manner.

Worst Canadian Tire store. The staff are miserable. You ask a question and they seem to actually hate answering you. The stocks are always low and the lineups at the cash are long and slow. Will never shop there again. I’ll drive the extra miles to the Welland store. CT should do something with this store it’s a joke...

Too many staffs, whole store just four customers. Staffs were chasing me at store, very rude, and behind me, scanning my Backpack (a woman from a department close to Bikes). I was trying to buy a Skat shoes, and same woman came and didnt help really, so I didnt buy from 5pm to 515pm on Sept 5, 2017
